Ltd. abreujada com CCIC） i Centre d’Inspecció i Tuarantina de la Oficina de Duanes de Fujian. És una organització global de tercers amb serveis d'inspecció, proves, identificació i serveis tècnics.
La FCT ha establert un sistema de gestió de la qualitat que, d’acord amb la norma ISO / IEC 17020 ， i acreditat pel Servei Nacional d’Acreditació de la Xina per a l’avaluació de la conformitat (CNAS) i certificat per l’Administració de certificació i acreditació de PRC (CNCA).
