Fujian CCIC Testing Co., Ltd. （afgekort als FCT） is geïnvesteerd door China Certification & Inspection Group Fujian Co., Ltd. （afgekort als CCIC） en Inspection and Quarantine Technique Center van het Fujian Customs Bureau. Het is een uitgebreide externe organisatie met inspectie-, test-, identificatie- en technische diensten.

CCIC-FCT has thoroughly established quality management system which in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020，and been accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS) and certificated by Certification And Accreditation Administration Of P.R.C(CNCA) .
