CCIC is registered by the Chinese Customs and is authorized to carry out pre-shipment inspection on old mechanical and electrical products. The inspection certificate and inspection report issued by our company are necessary documents for Chinese customs clearance.
The pre-shipment inspection on old mechanical and electrical products is carried out in accordance with China’s “ Measures for the Inspection, Supervision and Administration of Imported Old Mechanical and Electrical Products ” for the inspection of sanitation, health, environmental protection, energy consumption, health and anti-fraud.
中检旧机电服务涵盖对旧机电产品的装运前检验、检测、鉴定、评估、咨询等服务。 依据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》和《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法实施条例》，进口旧机电产品装运前检验是对高风险进口旧机电产品实施检验监管的首个环节。需实施装运前检验的进口旧机电产品，其收发货人或者其代理人应当委托装运前检验机构（CCIC）实施装运前检验。
